If you have landed on this Super Affiliate Network review while looking for ways to make money online or trying to find out if this program is a real deal or not then this post is just for you! I will go in great detail or you can say perform surgery on this training program to provide you with concrete and detailed information about SAN and whether you should join it or not!
Starting from the intro of the program and its product line and moving towards its advantages and drawbacks along with some FAQs, I will be telling you all about it. So make sure to read this Super Affiliate Network review till the very end to know whether it is worth spending your money on it or not, let’s start:
According to the “About Us” page of Super Affiliate Network, they are a clique of entrepreneurs from different parts of the world who are dedicated to helping people build successful businesses online and live a nomad lifestyle. They also have a manifesto on the about page that, to be honest, sounds like something a cult would have but hey, that’s just my perception.
Anyways, coming back to what Super Affiliate Network is; it is a training platform established in 2015 by Misha Wilson that focuses on the training of affiliate marketing. The primary methods that are taught in this training for making sales through affiliate marketing are Solo Ads and email marketing. Furthermore, the company also heavily encourages students to promote their own membership.
Now before signing up for the premium membership, you may have to sit through a pitch designed to tell you the perks of being their member and how you can easily make six figures. There will be a few testimonials from their members who started making huge numbers by going through a few weeks of their training which is, of course, a tactic of deceptive marketing that especially attracts people with shiny object syndrome.
Now whether it is a legit company or not, I am not the one to decide but I would tell you this that companies that make such claims of making you rich are always on the radar of FTC and get shut down for being a scam. If you want to learn more about this training then make sure to keep reading the Super Affiliate Network review 2019 till the end.
Apparently, the bio of Misha Wilson is a little vague on the website of Super Affiliate Network. According to that; Misha is the youngest and the fastest growing expert on traffic and conversion. Now I don’t know how they have calculated and verified it but that’s what it says. And that’s what happens on the internet, you can be anyone you want if you have a large number of people following you religiously and Misha has that kind of following.
The fact he has a large following means people believe in him and that means he must be an expert in traffic and conversion. However, making bold claims like being the youngest and fastest in the field just doesn’t make sense unless they show some verifications from authentic platforms like Forbes or Guinness Book.
A quick search on Google about Misha Wilson can give you more details about his life, however, suffice to say that the can-do attitude and willingness to work for success even in difficult times is a quality of Misha that inspires many.
The product line of Super Affiliate Network is all about their membership programs, courses and tons of upselling. The memberships are categorized into three types and have different Super Affiliate Network cost and benefits. Besides the memberships, there is a Maui Intensive program which is the most expensive offering by SAN, so let’s have a look at these products in detail:
Here are the things that are included in the basic membership package of Super Affiliate Network:
Cost: The trial for this membership starts at $1 and then you will have to pay $47 per month. You can also get this membership directly for $37 if you don’t get the trial first.
Here are the things that are included in the annual membership package of Super Affiliate Network:
Cost: You need to pay $397 per year
Here are the things that are included in the pro partner membership package of Super Affiliate Network:
Cost: You need to pay a one-time fee of $2,997
This one comes with additional benefits that are not in any of the three memberships:
Cost: This one has a one-time fee of $12,497.
As mentioned before, you can get access to the basic membership for just $1 that will allow you to have a peek in the members’ area. Though it won’t be enough as you cannot get access to all the features and training materials, you can still get an idea of what you can expect from the full membership.
It is a good thing that you can get a feel of the program with just $1 but remember, as soon as the trial expires, you will automatically be charged $47/month unless you cancel it. So if you don’t want to join the program, make sure to cancel it on a priority basis.
The videos in the courses of The Super Affiliate Network are professionally recorded with detailed and clear content that is easy to understand for beginners as well. The best thing about the course is the arrangement of content according to the homework.
Every step of training is arranged in a way so that you can easily complete the homework and then move to another step making it pretty easy for everyone to follow along.
There are many companies that hire actors to be their face and hide their own true identity because they know they will be doing a scam in the future. Well, that is not the case with the Super Affiliate Network because the founder, Misha Wilson, is not only a real person but he attends different events and goes live with the members as well.
And not only Misha, but the Super Affiliate Network is also transparent about its whole team that proves that the company is at least not a scam which is a good sign.
Regardless of SAN having lots of in-depth training, the main focus of the company is to encourage its members to promote the Super Affiliate Network and get more people to join the system. Furthermore, to be able to earn commission on the sales of their memberships, you need to purchase them first.
For instance, if you are the basic member of the Super Affiliate Network and you get someone to join their pro membership using your affiliate link, you won’t get any commission for this pro membership because you haven’t purchased it yourself.
So this strategy clearly points towards the fact that SAN has a pyramid scheme structure and they want to get money from both hands. Though they are providing legit training and their support is also good, but these self-benefitting policies are no use for you unless you shell out some bucks first.
Interestingly, the Super Affiliate Network affiliate program is similar to the compensation plans of many similar training platforms such as Digital Altitude, Six Figure Mentors, MOBE, and Legendary Marketer. Now I don’t mean to say that these programs are a scam but you should really stop and think before joining such a program because of the sketchy pyramid scheme like features.
One platform that is very different than these programs is Wealthy Affiliates that teaches you to build your own online business from scratch and also does not limit you to only promote their products.
Another massive drawback of the Super Affiliate Network because they are mainly focused on generating traffic through Solo Advertising and getting sales using email marketing. Although these methods are legit and do get you results, by leaving website creation and free organic traffic, they are leaving money on the table.
Also, getting traffic through solo ads comes with a hefty price tag and you need a big budget to be able to run ads, split test them, find a working ad and then pumping in more money into that ad to expand its reach.
There is no system or technology in place that allows people to conveniently create their website from scratch which Wealthy Affiliate does provide with hosting, domain, and even their own CMS.
As discussed above, courses are organized into different steps and you move to the next course by going through the current course which is great for beginners as they can take things one step at a time. However, someone who has an advanced level will find this pretty annoying.
If you know the basics, you cannot move to the advance content without completing the previous courses and completing the quizzes.
Although the basic membership is pretty affordable with just $47 a month and also a $1 trial, the expensive part comes after you join the platform and realize you need to upgrade to pro membership to learn advanced strategies and the pro membership is $3k which is obviously a lot.
Furthermore, to get access to Misha and his team on a 1-1 level, you need to get Maui intensive program that costs $12.5k which is not a joke. And once you join their training, you need a big budget for solo ads as well and these things make it very hard for someone on a tight budget to learn and earn.
A lot of members of the Super Affiliate Network have this complaint and it is a reasonable one! The company will bombard you with up-sells that are pretty expensive as well.
This can be quite annoying and frustrating as you will be getting offers even when you are trying to watch a video which is just like you are at score 100 on Flappy Birds and an advertisement pops up.
The Super Affiliate Network comp program is based on pay to play model which means in order to earn a commission for a product, you need to purchase that product first. This is the only way you will be qualified to get the commission otherwise your effort of making an affiliate sale will go in vain. So keeping that in mind, let’s look at the super affiliate network comp program for all of its memberships:
Please keep in mind that I am not a member of the program so the information I have provided on the Super Affiliate Network affiliate program is based on the research from the internet because the company doesn’t provide any info on their compensation plan on their website.
So while conduction the research on the Super Affiliate Network comp plan, I came across two conflicting pieces of information regarding the commission for the first level or front-end referrals. Some sites suggest the commission is 70% for front-end sales while some say its 100%.
Therefore, you need to be careful and do your own due diligence before joining the program as it’s important that you have the correct numbers. You can contact the Super Affiliate Network and ask them about the compensation plan before joining.
Now that we are getting close to the end of Super Affiliate Network review 2019, I just want to make sure that you have all the critical pieces of information about the company before you make any decision which is why I have created this section of FAQs. I will answer some of the most widely searched questions about the SAN below:
There are different packages that you can get to join the program and their main sales funnel promotes the $1 trial that gives you 7 days of access to their group and then turns into $47 per month package that will be billed automatically unless you cancel the membership before the end of 7 days.
There is also a $37 per month package that you can get if you directly join the program without the trial. Once you get into the program, you can get different upgrades that will obviously cost you money, have a look at those below:
No, it is not accredited at this time. Although there is a super affiliate network BBB page, if you go there you will see “This business is not accredited” written at the page. Now depending on when you read it, at the time of writing this article, it is not accredited.
Also, even if a business gets accredited by BBB, this doesn’t mean that it is not a scam because there are some ways to manipulate the rating system of Better Business Bureau so if there is no Super Affiliate Network BBB accreditation then this doesn’t necessarily make it a scam.
Yes, there is a 30 day super affiliate network refund policy in place but there are some conditions that you need to know about. Here’s a passage from the website of SAN:
There will be no refunds or credits for setup fees, partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
So there is a 100% money-back guarantee but that only applies to the initial monthly purchase and not to the upgrades or additional support.
The training resources and the support provided in the program are legitimate which is why I won’t call the Super Affiliate Network scam, but, I personally won’t joint it either. The reason is clear, they have features of a pyramid scheme and most of these programs over-promise and under-deliver.
They would give you guarantees of making you rich in a few days or weeks and to be honest, this doesn’t happen! Or it may happen but to a few lucky ones otherwise, there would’ve been many Bill Gates in the world because of the miracles of multi-level marketing.
Also, they don’t emphasize on creating websites and leveraging SEO to get free traffic which is a MAJOR drawback. Plus, they are very expensive, someone with a limited budget may be able to get their training but then they won’t have money to spend on paid advertisement.
So all in all, I won’t call the Super Affiliate Marketing scam but I would stay away from it because of the reasons mentioned above and would invest in a more affordable program with a focus on website creation and SEO like Wealthy Affiliates.
There are thousands of training programs on the internet teaching you how to make money online but sadly, only a few of them live up to their promises. I am not saying that the Super Affiliate Network is a scam but it definitely has a bad reputation over the internet and most of the reviews will tell you the same.
So if something has a bad reputation and a hefty price tag as well, it is only rational to steer clear of it which is why I don’t recommend going into this program. Instead, I would suggest you try a different program with a low barrier to entry budget-wise and a good reputation like Wealthy Affiliates.
